The workbench is the mechanism for applying it through structured assessment, continuity pattern detection, pilot pathway recommendations, and executive reporting.
What Is The Workbench?
The workbench provides a structured environment for applying the Operational Continuity Framework across business functions, operational teams, and executive stakeholders.
Using the Five Lens Framework, it helps identify where continuity confidence may be weakening and where uncertainty is increasingly being absorbed across the organisation.
The workbench supports both rapid executive-level assessment and deeper diagnostic investigation.
It is designed to help organisations move beyond isolated operational symptoms and develop a more coherent understanding of continuity conditions across the lifecycle of value creation.
